About Me

Throughout my life I’ve gone between two extremes, opening my heart and feeling that pain, and closing and guarding my heart in order to shut in all out…

But than I realized one of the most powerful ways I can create change is by going to the root of it all-
straight to the heart.

What this world needs most now is all of us to take
individual responsibility, to heal, to open ourselves,
to be in service to love again.

We are all here to share our gifts and they come in 
many forms. For some of us it is through song, for 
others like me mentoring, for others it is through
being on the ground and doing the heavy lifting…
every path is beautiful and valuable.

We each must honor our unique designs and be of
service in a way we can sustain throughout a lifetime.

So each of us who do the work of internal healing, 
we are the Future Generation, we end the cycles of
hurt people hurt people and we contribute to healing our lives,  our families and the world around us in whatever way we are meant to.
